RepsHood ships from China, and we can deliver to almost every country worldwide. We work with companies like DHL, FedEx, EMS, USPS, and UPS.
After receiving your order, we will choose the best shipping method based on your location. If you prefer a specific courier, please contact us.

1. Order Confirmation: After successful payment, we will send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp within a few hours. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service—we’re here to help.

2. QC Service: If you need QC (Quality Check) photos, please note this in your order. It typically takes 2-3 days to prepare your order and send the photos. We will ship your order after you confirm the QC.

3. Delivery Time: Delivery time is 10-25 days after shipment.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and shipping photos. It may take a few days for the tracking number to become active, which is normal as it takes time to reach the carrier’s warehouse. We will provide tracking updates within 2-5 days via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, don’t worry—just contact us, and our customer service will provide a satisfactory solution.
