3. Quality Issues: If you discover any quality issues upon receiving your package, take photos and send them to us for evaluation. We’ll provide compensation, and in cases of serious quality problems, we might resend your order.
4. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we’ll reconfirm the color, size, and style with you via WhatsApp or email. If you change your mind for personal reasons before shipping, we can offer a refund or exchange.
Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
1.Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or cleaned.
2.Incorrect model or size ordered by yourself.
3.Orders that have already been shipped and cannot be cancelled, as international courier services do not offer an interception service.
